DMCA & Copyright Policy
xpWatch respects the intellectual property rights of others and adheres strictly to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and related copyright statutes.
Important Notice: No Media Files Are Hosted on This Server
xpWatch does not host, upload, scrape, encode, store, or archive any media files, video streams, or copyrighted content on our servers. The application operates purely as a metadata browser and client-side indexer that interfaces with public community APIs (such as The Movie Database and AniList) and embeds third-party video players made publicly accessible on the internet.
xpWatch has no control over the content, privacy policies, or copyright compliance of these external third-party hosts. If you are the owner of copyrighted content hosted on an external service, the most effective course of action is to contact the webmaster of the original hosting service directly to have the file permanently removed.
